2. Membership and Access: a. Membership grants access to our co-working spaces according to the selected plan. b. Users are responsible for the security of their access credentials and must promptly report any unauthorized access.

3. Conduct: a. Users must respect the privacy and workspaces of others. b. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

4. Facility Usage: a. Users are responsible for the proper use and care of facilities and equipment. b. Any damage must be reported immediately.

5. Membership Plans and Payments: a. Memberships are subject to fees as outlined in the selected plan. b. Payments are due on the agreed-upon schedule, and non-payment may result in the suspension of services.

6. Cancellation and Refunds: a. Cancellation policies are outlined in each membership plan. b. Refunds are subject to the terms of the chosen plan.

7. Intellectual Property: a. Users retain intellectual property rights to their work. b. Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Confidentiality: a. Users may be exposed to confidential information and agree to keep such information confidential.

9. Termination: a. We reserve the right to terminate memberships for violations of these terms or for any reason deemed appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability: a. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our co-working spaces or services.

11. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia.
